If we cannot verify the request from the information provided, we may ask for additional confirmation before deleting the account.

How it works
- Email us using the request button on this page.
- Include the email address used for your Burnr account.
- We verify that the request belongs to the account owner.
- We delete the account data and reply with confirmation.
Data deleted
- Your Burnr account profile, including email address, display name, and linked sign-in identifiers.
- Cloud-synced workout presets, workout history, and related sync records.
- Cloud-stored app settings connected with the account.
- Active refresh sessions and server-side authentication records for the Burnr account.
Data we may retain
- Limited records required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
- Google Play purchase and payment records are handled by Google under Google's policies; we do not delete your Google account or Google Play transaction history.
- Residual backup copies may remain for a short technical retention period before being overwritten.
Processing time
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If a legal or security reason requires a longer retention period for a limited subset of data, we will explain this in our response.
